Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Tour dates are not held without payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Any non-refundable processing or transaction fees may be deducted from refunded amounts.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate a change if availability allows.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight delays, weather disruptions, or last-minute changes.

Late Arrivals

Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time and conclude at the scheduled end time.

Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

Weather & Safety Policy

Your safety and experience are our top priorities.

Signature Black Hills Tours reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or adjust a tour due to severe weather, road closures, mechanical issues, guide illness, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Black Hills weather can change quickly. Tours operate rain or shine, and itineraries may be adjusted as needed due to weather, traffic, wildlife movement, road conditions, or guest pacing. Refunds are not issued for weather that is uncomfortable but safe. If we cancel a tour, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Park access, wildlife sightings, and specific viewpoints cannot be guaranteed.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete the Private Guided Tour Waiver & Release of Liability prior to the start of the tour. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver on behalf of any participant under 18 years of age.
